The Pure African Mango Extract Diet Pill - The Truth About This Heavily Hyped Product

Posted by healthcures23 on February 2, 2011 at 11:05 PM

I came across the pure African Mango extract diet pills (Irvingia gabonensis) when looking for a brand new solution for my own weight problems.

I was searching for a method for saving a lot of time and energy with exercise and dieting. I live a active existence at the moment and really dreamed of being able to just take a couple of pills daily to help me lose pounds.

So I found the African Mango diet pill site, which boldly claims that it is 'America's number 1 weight loss product'. Well having experimented with them, I believe that claim now! Here is my review of them...

How African Mango Extract Works

The extract is from the seeds of the African Mango, a fruit commonly eaten throughout West Africa. Lab research has proven these seed extracts hinder body fat production through acting on different enzymes and genes in the human body that control metabolism. It reduces your hunger by acting upon 'Leptin', a hormone that tells your body that it's had enough to eat.

Apparently research also confirm that it really works to reduce cholesterol significantly. It also helps to cleanse your system by flushing toxins out.

Clinical research

The studies that have been performed show that African Mango diet pills burn an average of 12.3 pounds plus 2 in . of belly fat every month with no exercise or dieting necessary! The clinical research is based upon people who ingested two pills a day, 30 minutes ahead of eating.

So I decided to replicate their research and do precisely this myself, and...result! I was able to lose over Ten lbs in one month using this! In fact only 1 lb less than these people advertised, and these companies usually exaggerate hugely!

Are there any side effects?

What really sold it for me ended up being the doctor endorsements. For example, Ophra's favourite doctor, Dr. Oz has publically endorsed the African Mango extract, and pointed out that there isn't any known side effects!

Why do you need weight loss book/tips if this product is so good?

You need the book for those it is who want to know how it works exactly with our bodies, what to expect, and probably FAQ. Why would you take a supplement without knowing as much as you can about it?

Has anyone had a problem with constipation while taking African Mango? I have been taking the extract for approximately 5 - 6 weeks.

I have heard of people taking colon cleansers/using flush diets while taking the supplements, so you should be fine, just try a cleanse/flush :]
Also, just curious on how effective it's been for you, how much weight have you been able to lose in 6 weeks?

I just ordered this and they recommended ordering a colon cleanse to take with it. So maybe you can try something like that. Or try Miralax that works well.
